Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over a qualifying amount — see checkout for current threshold.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some of our beauty and wellness products contain ingredients that require temperature-controlled conditions to maintain their quality and effectiveness. For these items, we may use specialized packaging and/or expedited shipping methods to ensure your products arrive in optimal condition.

Orders containing temperature-sensitive items will be clearly noted at checkout.
Expedited Shipping will be required for temperature-sensitive products, especially during warmer months.
We are not responsible for product quality if a customer selects standard shipping for temperature-sensitive items against our recommendation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please contact us to discuss options.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
