Thank you for supporting our small business! Because our bath and body products are handcrafted in small batches using nourishing, natural ingredients, we take extra care to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Please review our seasonal shipping guidelines below:
☀️ Our Warm Weather Policy
We like to say our products are food for the skin. Just like you wouldn't leave a fresh sandwich inside a hot car, our natural, nutrient-rich creations shouldn't sit in the heat either! Because almost everything we make can be impacted by high temperatures, we treat every order with extra care.
🗓️ The Monday & Tuesday Shipping Rule
To keep your products from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2–3 business days once dispatched.
🌡️ Automated Heat-Shield Packaging (80°F – 92°F)
When summer temperatures rise, we automatically upgrade your shipment to our specialized USPS Priority Mail + Heat-Shield rate at checkout. Your entire order will be packed inside an insulated thermal bag with a frozen gel ice pack to maintain a cool, fresh micro-climate during transit.
🛑 Extreme Heat Holds (93°F and Above)
If extreme heat waves strike along your delivery route, even our thermal shield can fail. For the safety of your items, we will temporarily hold your shipment until cooler weather returns and email you right away.
💡 Bring It Inside!
Please monitor your tracking link closely. Bring your delivery indoors the moment it arrives to protect it from baking on hot porches or inside metal mailboxes.
💡If minor softening occurs: If your whipped butter or balm softens during transit, place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to solidify. The texture may change slightly, but it retains 100% of its skin-loving benefits!
