Our Promise to You

We want you to love your skincare routine as much as we love crafting it. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of delivery for a 100% full refund. There's no need to mail the product back to us — keep it, or pass it along to a friend!

To request a refund: Simply contact us at Sparkle@TempleBeautyWellness.com with your order number  and let us know what didn't meet your expectations — whether it's the scent, texture, results, or something else. Your specific feedback helps us improve and continue crafting products you'll love.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale (including promotional and deeply discounted items) and gift boxes are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
